When Lambert follows an embezzler from the future, one of the clues leads him to Bradwell orphanage, where he himself is left when he is born. There he meets Kit, who looks like an older version of Lambert's SELMA. What he doesn't know, but soon finds out is that she is his mother. The question is why she doesn't want to admit it. Meanwhile, Kit's former husband, the fugitive Lambert was looking for, has hid a disk with damaging information about a gang.
